School Programs
The Math department has expanded its outreach activities. These include:
- School workshops: UBC students and faculty run workshops at schools in the Metro Vancouver region.

- UBC Math Circle: Students from Metro Vancouver come once a week to UBC for lectures and math problem solving sessions with UBC faculty and students.

- Euclid Contest: UBC students and faculty, together with local teachers and alumni, mark the papers of the Euclid contest. On Euclid day, top contestants have a chance to visit UBC and win UBC scholarships.
